Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our products are natural and handmade in small batches, processing times may vary during sales or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Location

Flourish Doll is based in Florida, United States, and currently ships within the United States only.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping seasons.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
Free shipping eligibility is automatically applied at checkout.


Florida Heat & Natural Product Disclaimer

Due to Florida’s warm climate and the use of natural ingredients, products may soften, melt, or change texture during shipping. This does not affect product quality or performance and is not considered a defect.

Please allow products to return to room temperature before use.


Local Pickup (Florida Only)

Local pickup may be available for customers in Florida.

  • Local pickup options and instructions will be provided at checkout (if available).

  • Orders must be picked up within the communicated timeframe.

  • Valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at pickup.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Flourish Doll is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information.

Returned packages due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Flourish Doll is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
