At Flourish Doll, we take pride in creating natural, handmade hair care products made in small batches. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns,  but we do refunds, or exchanges once an item has been opened,or tampered with we do not accept it back 

Natural & Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our products are made with natural ingredients and without harsh chemicals. Because each product is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Individual results may vary. Flourish Doll is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Flourish Doll is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if an error or damage is confirmed by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
